To Ellen

This blog is made to the honor of my grandmother Ellen Elisabeth Thomsen who was a modern woman .
She was born in Randers in Denmark 1895 and died in Copenhagen 1976.
She had long salmon red hair down to her hips. It was braided and put up with lots of hairpins to make it look short.

Some short haired ginger colored women

Hello everyone
Have been so busy I apologize letting you wait so long .
As always I have excuses......
But this time a good one , I was painting and exhibiting!

Summer is ripe on Bornholm
Many farmers managed to get the corn harvested
Rain poured down in the area of Aakirkeby last night
But anyway I saw brave farmers on Lille Myregaards vej ,
who could not wait any longer........ I hope the corn was dry!

Now it's  time for some red haired women again.
This time they are short haired but not less interesting!
